From breakfast to cocktail hour
For venues where the details matter.
Hotels
For four- and five-star hotels that pay attention to presentation at breakfast, in the lounge and through room service. A 20 cl bottle gives each guest an individual portion that fits naturally into a considered service.
Restaurants
Give juice a considered place on your lunch and drinks menus. Offer orange or apple as a familiar choice, with strawberry or mango for guests who would like to try something different.
Cocktail bars & mixologists
Work with different flavours as building blocks for your own recipes. Small bottles let you open what you need for a preparation, including flavours you use less often, without opening a large carton each time.
Behind the bar
A fruit base.
Your signature.
Give each flavour a role on your cocktail menu. These pairings are serving ideas to develop and balance around your own recipes.
Mango & pineapple
Tropical, with a fresh edge
Pair with lime and ginger for an alcohol-free serve, or explore the combination with rum in your own cocktail.
Cranberry & strawberry
Fruit, colour and contrast
Cranberry with citrus, strawberry with basil: two directions for exploring freshness, herbs and a distinct fruit character.
Tomato
A savoury direction
A base for developing your own Bloody Mary or alcohol-free Virgin Mary, with citrus, herbs and spices to taste.
Taste and adjust citrus, syrup and dilution to the variety you choose. Pago includes both juices and nectars; recipes and sweetness vary by flavour.
The story behind the bottle
Austrian roots.
European café culture.
Pago began in 1888 with Austrian brothers Jakob and Franz Pagitz. The name arrived in 1949, combining Pagitz with Obst, the German word for fruit. Its distinctive green glass bottle and yellow cap followed in 1989.
That recognisable presentation belongs on a thoughtfully set table. Serve the bottle alongside a suitable glass and let guests see the brand you have chosen.
